Shanghai Securities News China Securities Network News according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on May 8BlockchainpokemonIn order to further strengthen the management of lithium-ion battery industryBlockchainpokemonTo promote the high-quality development of the industry, the Electronic Information Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has revised the Lithium-ion Battery Industry Standard conditions (2021) and the Lithium-ion Battery Industry Standardization announcement Administration measures (2021) to form the Lithium Battery Industry Standard conditions (2024) and Lithium Battery Industry Standardization Administration measures (2024) (draft for soliciting opinions).

According to the draft for soliciting opinions, an enterprise should have the following conditions: registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the people's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, and independent production, sales and service capabilities of products related to the lithium battery industry. The annual expenditure on R & D and process improvement is not less than 3% of the main business income, and enterprises are encouraged to obtain the qualifications of independent R & D institutions, engineering laboratories, technology centers or high-tech enterprises above the provincial level; enterprises are encouraged to establish green factories; enterprises are encouraged to build or participate in the joint construction of pilot platforms; major products have patents for technological inventions; and the actual output in the previous year at the time of declaration is not less than 50% of the actual production capacity in the same year.
