On the news front, Shenzhen Public Resource Trading Center was launchedplayfreevideopokerA new piece of land transfer information was released and the right to use the T208-0053 parcel located at the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base was publicly transferred by listing. The starting price of the transfer was approximately 2.235 billion yuan. The land was acquired by Vanke in December 2017 for 3.137 billion yuan, with a land area of 19,227.53 square meters. The nature of the land is mainly for commercial offices. Vanke responded that listing and transferring the land was one of the company's measures to resolutely promote the slimming plan.

In addition, Vanke announced that in April 2024, the company achieved a contracted sales area of 1.643 million square meters, with a contracted sales amount of 20.89 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 37.6%.
